Mental Health America collaborated with FlexJobs survey showed 75% of workers reporting having experienced burnout, all companies would benefit from having a program in place to prevent and reduce burnout.
We’ve put together a holistic, self-paced and accessible online course that your team can use to develop effective strategies they can use to restore and preserve their mental well-being, with a goal of being more present, resilient and grounded at work.

In this package, you will have access to different workshops and classes that incorporate mind, body, and spirit approaches to support you in reducing and preventing burnout to lead a more balanced lifestyle that is in alignment with what you need.
Engaging 4-week online, self-paced course in American Sign Language
Effective modules featuring Deafcentric yoga, meditation, self-guided reflection, and action-based tools
Evidence-Based methods based in clinical best practices
Efficiently led by Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing experts who share lived experience
Our engaging 4-week inclusive program is made up of # different modules that each focus on normalizing the experience of burnout, validating statements by each instructor, and promoting participants to increase drive in their work productivity. Each module was made intentionally to be inclusive of different physical abilities and are conducted in American Sign Language with voice-over and caption options provided. Users can view each module as many times as they’d like and whenever it works with their daily schedule.
By incorporating this program in your organization, this effort may increase drive in your team by normalizing the experiences of burnout and create a healthy, safe, and validating work culture. This program also creates a bond within your team/program, especially if they have intersecting experiences of low trust, high conflict, and minimum resources for employees. By going through this program (individually or as a group), this will create opportunities for retaining and recruitment of employees in your organization/company that values each individual’s well being.
