How Do I know When I Should See a Therapist?

The first step can be confusing. Most of the time, we aren’t even sure how it works…or even if “it’s a good idea.”

If you feel uncomfortable, know you can reach out to your loved ones for support, and perhaps even ask them to do it with you.

What happens when I do decide to reach out for support?

You will meet with one of our administrative team members for a free 30 minute consultation. This is before therapy starts.

The purpose of the consultation is for you to ask any type of questions, gather information (such as billing, insurance, resources, find out more about NDT and our therapists and if there is one available).

If we move forward, you will go through the intake process and be set up with a therapist. You two will discuss your background, what’s happening, and how you two can begin the healing process.
