When your students have unique mental health needs
Providing therapy services at school for deaf and hard of hearing students can be a challenge when you’re working with an interpreter, or students who feel misunderstood. Many issues can stem from a lack of communication at home and school. We provide a complete set of educational tools to increase understanding of mental health. The program uses a variety of interactive sessions that help to promote dialogue teachers and administrators to prevent, reduce, implement mental-health informed and deaf-centered approaches in school settings.
School Counselor & Curriculum Training
We work with school counselors and teachers to identify and understand the unique issues facing school-age deaf students.
Remote eTherapy Sessions
Some schools or mainstream programs may not have deaf counselors on staff. We provide remote eTherapy counseling sessions for students whose needs are not met or served by in-house school counselors.
