Our Practice

We’re a Deaf, female-owned company. We’re passionate about our work and our relationships with people.

Access to Mental Health services for the Deaf community comes with multiple challenges.

Communication barriers and cultural understanding between the client and therapists often makes finding help hard for the Deaf. That’s why we created an eTherapy solution, so we can provide increased access to Deaf (DDBDDHH) therapists for our Deaf clients.

We came together out of a shared respect for client care.

Amanda K. Sortwell Crane, MS, NCC, LPC, LMHC and Megan Erasmus, LMHC have been friends and collaborators since 2005.Together, they have used their collaborative relationship to model how psychotherapy and tele-mental health should work together. Through a combined 12 years of practice, they have come to believe that

communication, flexibility, practicality, openness and a sense of humor underlie almost all successful treatments. Our therapists come from a wide variety of training backgrounds, but all of us aim to work with you to build on your existing strengths. We will provide support as you develop new strategies and behaviors for overcoming adversity and living the most authentic life possible.
