Crisis text line is free, 24/7 support for those in crisis. Text 741741 from anywhere in the US to text with a trained Crisis Counselor. This service is for anyone, in any type of crisis, providing access to free, 24/7 support and information via the medium people already use and trust: text.

National Deaf Domestic Violence Hotline

The National Deaf Domestic Violence Hotline (NDDVH) is available to Deaf callers across the nation. Deaf NDVH advocates answer videophone calls, instant messages and emails 24/7. Deaf advocates can listen, provide information and referrals, do Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault education and brainstorm with callers different ways to keep safe and do formal safety planning.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

If you’re thinking about suicide, are worried about a friend or loved one, or would like emotional support, the Lifeline network is available 24/7 across the United States.

SAMHSA's National Helpline

Also known as, the Treatment Referral Routing Service, this Helpline provides 24-hour free and confidential treatment referral and information about mental and/or substance use disorders, prevention, and recovery in English and Spanish.

Trans lifeline

This line is primarily for transgender people experiencing a crisis. This includes people who may be struggling with their gender identity and are not sure that they are transgender. While our goal is to prevent self harm, we welcome the call of any transgender person in need. We will do our very best to connect them with services that can help them meet that need.
